Richard's obituary

Richard E. Migliacci
March 29th 1935-January 3rd 2022
Richard E. Migliacci, age 86, passed away peacefully on January 3rd, 2022. Husband of the late Helen L. Migliacci.
Richard was a Saugus resident for more than 60 years, but was originally from Winchester. One of eight children to his parents, Josephine (Bruno) Migliacci and Francis Migliacci. Richard loved being around and working on cars. In his teens, he and his friends created their own hot rod club and would build and race the cars. He could almost always be found working in the garage on one of his many, enjoyable projects. Richard also loved music and played the saxophone in his younger days.
He met his beautiful wife and eloped to her, lived in Somerville for a bit and then moved to Saugus where he resided until very recently. He cherished his home and did almost all of the work on it with his own two hands. Richard was religious and always had a pair of rosary beads and handkerchief close by. He was a man with a big heart and an undeniable love for animals, especially cats and he also loved to cook.
Richard will be dearly missed and is survived by his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. The service for Richard will be held on Saturday January 8th 2022 at 9 am at Bisbee-Porcella Funeral home followed by the burial at 11am at Woodlawn Cemetery and ending with a celebration of life. At the request of the family the service will be private. All donations can be made to: ALSAC/St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105
