Mr. Maxwell was like another parent to me from the age of 10. He will be truly missed. I particularly remember our continuing debate about which things are "just games" and which things are sports. These sort of silly conversations along with conversations about sports, politics, and the world around us will be forever remembered.

We had the honor of being Richard and Leone's neighbors for many years. He will be truly missed. Richard, you made a difference, you touched lives you may not know, you were and are a good man..

The Maxwell Family is in my thoughts and prayers this morning. Dick was a fellow chemical industry peer, a friend and a super NICE guy. I will miss seeing and speaking with him.
