Richard W. Maxwell passed away on Monday, June 10, 2019 at Rex Hospital in Raleigh. He was born March 7, 1950 to William and Elaine (Ruck) Maxwell in Omaha, Nebraska. He married Leone Spears on October 4, 1975 at Grace Lutheran Church in LaGrange, Illinois. Dick worked in the adhesive business for his entire career.
