Richard Thomas Lively, age 59 passed away very unexpectedly at home on Monday, September 13th, 2021. Richard is survived by his wife of 26 years, Carmella Lively, his two wonderful son's Hunter Lively and Josh Lively. His father, Charles M. Lively. His brother's, Robert Ray, Charles ( Chip) Lively, and Daniel Lively. His Sister Gena (Ken) Cranford and several nieces and nephew's.
