Sorry to hear about Dick's passing. He was a terrific friend and room mate, and will be missed by all who knew him.

Dearest Julie, Chloe, and all the bereaved family of Richard - - I knew OF Richard through praying with him and the rest of our "family of the heart", our Morning Vigil Flame of Love Cenacle. Though I never had the pleasure of meeting him in person, I now understand, quite clearly, what made Richard dear to my heart. Such a spirit as his, and such a passion for doing our God's work, could not possibly fail to endear him to like-hearted brothers and sisters. He was a blessing to all whose lives he graced. I continue to pray that our loving Father receives him into his eternal home. Much love, Kathryn Mary / Katz

Our deepest condolences for Julie, Chloe, all of Richards brothers and sisters and the entire extended family. I met Richard when we were 4 years old. We both were in the same grade all through St. Xaviers elementary school. We attended High School together. Over the years we drifted apart and then somehow got back together. Later in life, this included our wives, Julie and Ann. There were stretches of many years at times but we always seemed to stay in touch to a greater or lesser degree. For our grade school years we were inseparable for both good and bad. We were always in 'trouble' with the teachers for laughing and talking too much. We served as alter boys together and sometimes laughed at inappropriate times through that also. I know we will miss Richard but I know that somehow we will get back together again and probably be in trouble for laughing too much. Rest In Peace dear friend, you will be missed. Dennis & Ann Huss
