Richard's obituary

Green, Richard, age 71 of Eden Prairie, MN, passed away unexpectedly on May 15, 2021. Richard was a proud graduate of The Blake School, Claremont McKenna College, and Hamline Law School. Richard was an entrepreneur who started multiple businesses and enterprises. An avid sports fan, Richard loved to play and watch basketball, golf, and tennis. He was known throughout life for his sense of humor, compassion and generosity toward others. Richard’s memorable toasts and speeches helped make many events and occasions special. Richard’s family and friends loved him dearly; he was an adoring father, doting grandfather, devoted husband, and a true friend. Predeceased by his parents, Ralph and Grace Green, and his brothers, Michael and Douglas Green. He is survived by his wife, Pam Green, his three children, Zack (Anna) Green, Joe (Claire) Green, and Lindsay (Matt) Dvorak, and his grandchildren, Brody, Mason, Louise, and Graham. A private funeral service will be held on Friday, May 21, at 11:00AM and livestreamed via Zoom. To access the Zoom link, please email zoom2@hodroffepstein.com. Shiva will be held on Saturday, May 22, from 6:00-8:00PM at The Woman’s Club of Minneapolis, 410 Oak Grove St, Minneapolis, MN, 55403. Memorials preferred to YMCA Camp Warren.
