Born on January 8, 1965, Richard spent 60 beautiful years on this earth, filling the lives of those around him with love, laughter, and unwavering strength.

Richard is survived by his cherished daughter, Amber Neill. He was a loving, caring, creative, and kind soul, always there for those he cared about. No one could stand in his way when it came to protecting his family. His lessons of standing up for oneself and not tolerating disrespect from anyone were immensely inspiring.

Among Richard's many accomplishments, he took immense pride in raising his three beautiful children. While his two daughters remain as pillars of his strength, his son, who sadly passed away at birth, remains a deeply held memory in his heart.

Richard leaves behind a legacy of love, happiness, and altruism. His ability to bring joy to those around him, his eagerness to help others, and his steadfast love for his family will never be forgotten. His life may have ended, but the memories of his warm spirit will endure.
