Richard Dale Freeland passed away Friday, November 17, 2023, at his home in Longs, SC. Son of Marcus and Esther Freeland, Richard was one of nine children: Vivian, Jane, Mervin, Violet, Marcella, Gloria, Everett, and Elizabeth, who died in infancy.
