My dad was larger than life, and one of a kind. He made everyone feel warm and welcome. He was funny, kind, believed in romance, and loved singing Neon Moon by Brooks & Dunn, or Pretty Woman! Mercccyy. Richard Foster knew how to be serious and how to be silly, and always knew when either was needed. He would always make sure to visit someone in hospitals, or would pick up the phone just to check-in with you.

He would thank the Lord for another day, and wanted to always do right by people. His love could move mountains and he was always happy to take someone under his wing.

We were all so lucky to be loved by him.
