Richard “Dick” Rice age 76 of Parsons, TN passed away on Wednesday January 31, 2024 at his home in Parsons, TN.

He loved the Lord and his family dearly and always put them first. He was a man of many trades and the first to lend a helping hand. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed hunting and fishing.  He was known for his great sense of humor and enjoyed making others laugh.

He is survived by his wife of almost 57 years, Sharon Rice of Parsons, TN; son, Michael (Amy) Rice of Willet, NY; daughters, Kim Couch of North Port, FL and Nicki (Robert) Young of Decaturville, TN; brother, Roger (Doris) Rice of Pitcher, NY; 8 Grandchildren, Mitchell Crosby, Dakota (Erin) Rice, Jessie (Stephanie) Rice, Kendra Couch, Vicktor Rice, Theron Rice, Evan Wells and Paige Young; 4 Great Grandchildren, Rowan Crosby, Millie Rice, Charlotte Citro and Maverick Rice.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Marge & Emory Rice; brother, Emory Rice Jr.
