Richard's obituary
>Richard Corrigan, 89, of Dallas, Georgia, passed away on March 23, 2026.
>Richard was born on January 6, 1937 to Paul and Elsie Corrigan in Roosevelt, Long Island, New York. In 1954, he met Anna Vallone, and they wed in August 1960, going on to have 2 children, Craig and Stacey.
Rich was a quiet, kind, and gentle man whose love was expressed through his actions rather than his words. His family always knew how deeply he cared for them. He found great joy and immense pride in his children and grandchildren, often taking every opportunity to share their accomplishments. The sight of his great-grandchildren, even in a photograph, never failed to bring a smile to his face.
His beloved wife, Anna, was his constant companion, and their devotion to one another was unwavering. They were truly inseparable. Rich was known for his lighthearted sense of humor and could always be counted on to share a corny joke or clever riddle. He shared a special bond with his loyal dog, Brutus, whose companionship brought him great comfort. In later years, he especially enjoyed playing bingo, finding both fun and connection in the simple pleasure of the game.
