Tony was my brother. We grew up as very close siblings. We played baseball, football and basketball with all the other kids in the great streets of Denver Harbor. We were both Boy Scouts in Troop 533. We were in ROTC together in high school. We were inseparable.  I miss him terribly and I know all of his friends and wife and children feel the same.  He was a wonderful individual and a great American. God bless.
I'm so sorry to hear of this Richard was a good friend

I knew Tony from boy scouts. I remember spending a lot of time with him one year at summer camp working on our Frontiersman merit badge. He tied really good knots.

I’m so very sorry for your loss. Keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers. May God give you extra measures of comfort and peace at this time. ❤️
My deepest condolences to the Coogle family. I am so glad that Big Richard and I managed to get to a point in our lives to forgive and become friends. He was my brother in law and he and I leaned on each other when God called James home. The first two to know of James’ outcome. I have many memories of Richard and will cherish them always. Our conversations in which we would laugh so hard, tears rolling were some of the best. His unique way of bowling and scrambling his eggs were the brunt of many jokes in which he took in stride. Brother-in-law your time was too short but I know you are finally with your boys. Don’t worry you left the strongest one here with us and he will take care of all of us as we will him. Rest In Peace and look after my momma when it’s her time. Love always, Sandra Ramirez
My condolences to all the Coogle family my friends growing up.
He will be missed.
Richard "Tony" was my brother and my best friend. We were inseparable as youngsters. He was the best at everything he did. He loved life and loved his family. He had a great sense of humor and always put those around him at ease. He dearly loved his son, his daughters and his loving wife. He will be missed.
