Richard Earl Burns 58 of Tacoma, WA passed away on Wednesday October 18, 2017 cause of death still unknown. He was born Tacoma, WA on May 6, 1959 Margaret Mcmahon. He worked for Costco for over 16 years he was a fork lift operator. He has survived by his children Kristy Pacheco Santos a.k.a Kristy Marie Burns and Robert Craig Burns.
