I miss you so much dad. It's only been 5 months but it feels like it's been 5000 years.
You will be missed Brother, until we meet again in that Lodge not made with hands eternal in the heavens.

Uncle Rich used to trick me into thinking he was in the FBI. He was so good at keeping the ruse up that I still question whether or not he was an FBI agent over 10 years later. I was so lucky to have such a funny and loving uncle. He will be dearly missed
Susan & Family….We are so very sorry for your tragic Loss! Ashlee, the tribute to your Dad was beautiful and very heartfelt. ♥️ I’m sure he is very proud of you. Jeff and I had met Rich once at Carrie’s wedding.  Jeff and him really hit it off talking about motorcycles and cars. Jeff really liked him.  Wish we could have met up with him and Susan again. Stay strong  and Your wonderful memories will keep him alive in all of your hearts.        Love & Hugs, Lynn & Jeff Dahl
Dear Susan and family.   We always enjoyed getting together with Rich, especially at Lake Gaston.   He was such a great outdoors man!   We will always remember his secret weapon for catching catfish!  Who can  ever forget  the stink bait!   We also have great memories of the Thanksgivings , weddings and other family get togethers ,  and meeting Rich for the first time when he flew  from Germany with the family to see us in Philadelphia.  Rich was the type of person that would do anything that he could possibly do for a friend or family member .  Our thoughts are with you all.  We love you .❤️

The loss of my dad has been truly devastating to my family and I. We have been struggling to cope with his sudden loss. Just writing his obituary was been gut wrenching for us all because how do you sum up a man like my dad. Growing up anytime something broke my dad was able to fix it. No matter what it was- toys, radios, couches, vacuums, bicycles, dishwashers, washers, dryers, clothes, phones, cars, broken hearts; you name it, he could fix it. He could literally do anything he set his mind to, which is something I had always admired about him. He was smart, funny, helpful, and kind but stern when he needed to be. He was an amazing father and grandfather who loved to spend time hanging out and sharing his interests and hobbies with us. He taught us all so much and it's been hard not having him here because he always knew what to do or say to make things better. I miss you dad. While you may be gone, you will never be forgotten.
