Richard “Rich” O. Bobinger, 58, of Stafford, passed away surrounded by family, at Mary Washington Hospital on Thursday, May 5, 2022, from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident. His family is left devastated by his sudden and unexpected passing.
Rich was born to Christa and Otto Bobinger in Augsburg, Germany in August of 1963. He attended Morrison High-School in Illinois, graduating in 1982. Upon graduating high-school, he enlisted in the United States Air Force. During …
