Rich's obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Richard "Rich" Tucker, born on July 9, 1975. He passed June 22, 2025, after having suffered a cardiac arrest on June 16th. Rich was well liked, humorous and hard working. He was a very private person, but he cared deeply for those he loved.

Rich is survived by a vibrant and loving family. His surviving family members include his son Nathaniel Anzalone and Nathaniel’s mother Sandra Anzalone, his son Bradley Tucker and Bradley’s mother Kelly Check-Morris, his daughter Lianna Tucker, his step-son Christian Phaneuf and their mother Krystle Somers, his sister Tracy Searles and her husband Benjamin Searles, his aunts Elizabeth Couture, Linda Bain, Christi Dillon and her husband Mark Dillon, his uncle Kenneth Tucker, and his grandfather Robert MacLeod.

Rich was predeceased by his mother, Diane Tucker, and his father, Daryl Tucker. Their spirits lived on in Rich, and all who knew them can find solace in the lasting familial bond they crafted.

Anyone who spent time with Rich knew his deep love for music, especially his favorite artist, Eminem. He was an avid fan of the TV show 'Walking Dead' and he was an avid fan of his favorite sports teams, the Red Sox and Celtics. He enjoyed activities including fishing, fly tying and camping which defined many of Rich's happiest moments, and he had a love for spots in Pittsburg, New Hampshire.

In addition to his immediate family, Rich leaves behind several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Everyone who knew Rich was touched by his kindness, sense of humor, and radiant spirit. His passing is not only a loss for his family but also for the many lives he touched.

Rich will be missed dearly, but his vibrant personality and the love he had for his family and friends will continue to live on within our memories. Let us remember Rich, not for his absence, but for the incredible impact he had in life.

Rich had a profound love of fishing and enjoying the solitude that the outdoors gave him. Because of this love, his ashes will be scattered at places he enjoyed the most. Making his new home address the great outdoors.
