One of my favorite memories w…
One of my favorite memories was Uncle Richard meeting my son ♥️
One of my fond memories of Uncle Richard was a trip to Hawaii with Aunt Dorothy and my parents.  His willingness to try out snorkeling in the ocean with my less than helpful coaching,  showed his kind and generous nature. He was always happy to try, and when in full concentration, would slip his tongue slightly out the side of his mouth. It made his smile so endearing.

The Easter party at my parents place  (Warren & Pat Mason) in Placerville,  California,  was always a great family reunion. Lots of fun, food, and family.  And Easter baskets for the nieces and nephews and children and grandchildren that outdid even Santa Claus. outshined

Uncle Richard and Aunt Doroth…

Uncle Richard and Aunt Dorothy’s 50th
Grandpa and I went sea fishing with a friend of his in Santa Barbara. He caught so many fish and I was not catching anything, but when I did he stopped what he was doing and helped me bring it in and gave me all the tips and tricks he knew. After a while I got to sea sick to continue fishing and he came and sat with me for a while at the back of the boat to keep me company, even though we only had about an hour left at sea. He loved sharing his hobbies and experiences with me and its one of my fondest memories with him.
