Richard A. Fisher, beloved husband of Betty Elaine Fisher, father of Kimberly Ann Fisher and the late Donna Marie Fisher, and grandfather of Richard Lindsey Pope and Charles Xiaotian Fisher, died of a heart attack on December 3, 2020 at the Baltimore-Washington Medical Center in Glen Burnie, Maryland.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Willard George Fisher and Irma Watts Fisher.  

Due to the world-wide Covid pandemic, his memorial service was private for the immediate family and clergy only.  He was cremated, and his ashes were scattered in his "happy place," a barn in Willow Street, Pennsylvania where he restored antique automobiles.
