“Always remember to love” - Rhonda

Born in San Diego, California, Rhonda was always an adventurous spirit. Living her young life working as a hostess until eventually meeting her husband, Ralph. Together they had two beautiful children whom they cherished deeply. In her later years she moved to Panama City, Florida in retirement to be closer to her grandchildren. She leaves behind her two daughters Wendy Cobbs, and Cindy Kearns. She also leaves behind 3 grandchildren, Ashley Kearns, Daniel Eugene Kearns, and Daniel Christopher Kearns and many more beloved relatives and friends.
