Rhonda graduated from Independence High School and received a bachelors degree in Political Science from Cal State Hayward and worked as a Paralegal for all of her career.
Rhonda loved to travel all over the world which she did with her long time group of friends, but more than anything loved being a Mother to her daughter Jaden. She will truly be missed
