Rhonda's obituary
Rhonda Diane Conrad, 76, passed away peacefully on April 25, 2026. She was born on July 2, 1949, to Clayton and Gertrude Lindsey, who preceded her in death. She joins in death, her husband Thomas E. Conrad.
Rhonda is lovingly remembered by her three daughters: eldest Amy (Phil) Whitmore and granddaughters Emma and Allison; Maggie May (Matt) Conrad and granddaughter Tiana (Kirk) Keener and great granddaughters Kelsi, Chandler, and great grandson Elias; youngest daughter Sara (Dustin Kemp) Conrad and grandson River Kemp.
After the passing of her husband, Rhonda made a new home in Florida, where she found great joy. She loved the ocean—the sound of the waves, the warmth of the sun, and the sense of freedom it brought her. It became a place that truly reflected her spirit.
In keeping with her wishes, Rhonda's body was donated to science, giving future doctors the opportunity to learn and grow. Following this, her ashes will be scattered in the ocean, returning her to the place that brought her so much happiness.
Rhonda had a strong spirit, and she knew how to enjoy life’s simple pleasures. She had a fondness for Jack Daniels and good company, and she will be remembered for her laughter, her resilience, and probably her weird T-shirts.
In her honor, raise a glass, share a story, or light a candle and remember her well.
Her family wishes her peace and happiness in her next life.
