Rhonda's obituary

Rhonda met Jesus on May 5, 2023 and joined her parents Charles and Marie, and brother Roger.  Rhonda was born on July 15, 1955 in Joplin, MO and lived in the Joplin area her entire life.  Rhonda loved her family and friends and enjoyed spending time with them attending country music concerts, bowling, arts and crafts, going on drives, and specifically in her later years trips to the Dollar Tree and Sonic.  She was an active member of Royal Heights Methodist Church and was at any event the church hosted.

In 1994 Rhonda became part of the Easy Living family and began a new chapter of her life that brought her great joy.  Easy Living gave Rhonda a sense of independence and afforded her so many beautiful moments and memories. Our family wishes to specifically thank Heather, Jessica, and Chad for all of the love and compassion they showed Rhonda and the other EL Family for the 29 years of care.  Rhonda always looked forward to visits from Dillon with BFITT and loved their time together.  She will especially be missed by her housemates Lesa and Dee.

Rhonda loved life and brought immeasurable joy to all she knew over the years.

She is survived by her brother and sister in law Ron and Sarah Clark, sister in law Dixie Starmer-Clark,  nephews Nathan Starmer and Ryan Clark, niece Rona Gayman, and great-niece and nephews, Austin, Camden, and Cole, Emma, Chris, and Trey, and her extended Adamson and Leemon Families.

A celebration of life party will be held on July 15th at 2pm at Easy Living, 5703 W Wildwood Ranch. In lieu of flowers we ask you bring birthday bags with the things that made Rhonda happy: coloring books, crayons, stuffed animals, etc.  These will be used to share joy with others, as Rhonda shared with us.
