It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Rhonda Amos, who left this world on January 22, 2024, at the age of 66. Born on February 13, 1957, Rhonda lived a life filled with warmth, charm, and a deep love for her family.

Rhonda is survived by her loving husband, James (Ric) Amos; her sons, Jimmy, Patrick, Cody and Courtney Amos; her daughters-in-law, Amanda, Amber, and Tabitha Amos; her siblings, Donna Moore, Terry Qualitza, Beth Cranfill, and Allen Cranfill. Rhonda was a devoted grandmother to her grandchildren Amira, Ava, Chrissy Mills, Hunter, John (JT), Logan, and Zac Amos and great-grandchildren Christopher and Chaynce Mills. She was predeceased by her parents, Ronald and Carolyn Cranfill (Stuart).

Known for her culinary skills, Rhonda's favorite foods included Tacos, Fried Chicken, Beef and Noodles, and Biscuits and Gravy. She loved drinking Diet Coke and indulging in her sexy novels. She was a fan of the legendary Elvis Presley, and enjoyed watching America's Got Talent, American Idol, Young and the Restless, Bold and the Beautiful, and Price is Right. She loved the classic film Blue Hawaii and never missed a Kansas City Chiefs game.

She enjoyed playing Canasta, Rummy, Candy Land, Sorry, and Clue and her favorite color was purple. Her time was best spent with her children and grandchildren, who were the light of her life.

Rhonda's personality can be best described as warm-hearted, affectionate, and caring. Her philosophy was simple, yet impactful – "Be kind to everyone." Her greatest accomplishment was her children and her grandchildren, whom she cherished more than anything in the world. She leaves behind a legacy of kindness, love, and generosity, inspiring everyone who knew her to embody these values in their lives.
