Rhiannon "ReRe, Ray" Lewis, known and respected for his intelligence, hard work, humor, and loyalty, sadly passed away on the 24th of February, 2025. Born on the 21st of August, 1970, Rhiannon was a loving and dedicated family man who held a profound faith and was known to impart the wisdom of his lessons to all he knew.
Rhiannon is survived by his father, JW Lewis, his step-mother, Freida Lewis, his sister, Crystal Fisher, his brother, Jason Lewis, and his three children, Josephine, Joshua and Brianna. He was predeceased by his mother, Josephine Lewis, and his ex-wife, Leslie Meagher.
Having worked tirelessly throughout his life, Rhiannon owned a successful painting contractor business, Lewis Brushwork's Inc. His retirement in 2024 marked the end of a fulfilling career that was driven by his determination and commitment.
A man of adventure and new horizons, Rhiannon had a rich history of relocation. He moved to Monterey, CA in 2006, New Orleans, LA in 2010, and eventually settled in Pahrump, NV in 2023. His favorite recreational activities included fishing, watching movies or TV, cooking and most importantly, spending quality time with his children.
Rhiannon, who preferred the color blue, had a great love of travel. Among his favorite vacation spots were Lake Tahoe, Florida and Monterey, CA. His enduring legacy of strength, family, and faith will linger as a testament of his life well-lived.
As family and friends mourn the loss of Rhiannon, they will remember his cherished advice: to stay true to oneself, work hard, and trust in God. Through his life and actions, Rhiannon showed us that these were more than just words, but a guide to a fulfilling life. His greatest accomplishment was not just his successful business but the rich tapestry of relationships he had woven with love and care throughout his life.
