It is with great sadness our family announces the passing of Rhanda Keyes (Dover), 74 of Dawsonville, GA. Rhanda passed away unexpectedly Monday February 5, 2024. She was born in Atlanta, GA on September 30, 1949 to Frances Steel Dover and Roy Randolph Dover.
