Obituary

Rev. Arthur Warner passed away peacefully on October 22, 2025 at the age of 94.

Art was born on Dec. 16, 1930 in Columbus Township, Pennsylvania, the son of dairy farmers.

He had a life-changing encounter with Jesus at the age of 21 which dramatically altered the

course of his life. Newly committed to following God wherever He led, he attended Nyack

College, where he prepared for a career as a church pastor. He married …

Personal note from Pastor Art's Family

To all of you who made our beloved father a “People Millionaire,” we want to share that Rev Art Warner, went home to Jesus on October 22.
He finished well.
Maybe you know him as Pastor Warner, Pastor Art, Pastor Dad, Passtah, “The Rev,” Grandpa Art, Uncle, or any other names that he went by. To all of us he was… one beggar telling another beggar where to find bread- often handing us his literal Swedish Rye, even as he’d remind us that Jesus is the Bread of life.
Up to the final moments of his amazing life, he led by example in how to love God deeply, serve others humbly, point us to Jesus faithfully, counsel and encourage wisely and celebrate living gratefully and joyfully. He challenged us to listen well, learn well and lean hard into our God.
And now it’s time for us to practice the sanctity of the relaxed grasp as we release him to his heavenly home. We are privileged to have known him as a saint who came before us. May we go on living by some of the nuggets of truth he left behind for us.
Sincerely, Marlene, Rycki, Dave & Family.
