Retha I. Howell, 81, of Little Rock passed away Tuesday, November 26, 2019. She was born August 16, 1938 in Dover, Arkansas to Alfred Coffman and Bealie Bowers. She was raised in Russellville by Bealie and Jeff Dunn. She was a Christian who gave her life to Jesus at an early age. She loved to cook, bake, paint, dance, and sing, but most of all she loved and lived for her entire family.

Retha is survived by her children, Terry Allison, “Buddy” Loyd Wayne Pearson, Jr., Kelley Weaver and Richard Rummel; She was known as “Gran” by grandsons - Marty Allison , Matthew Pearson, and Billy Weaver; By granddaughters - Felicity Johnson and Allison Blankenship; By great-grandchildren, Cassidy Allison, Blake Allison and Preston Weaver; Her lifelong friends - Carolyn Smith, Marie Dunlap, and Martha Walls;
And her extended family - Colorado Page, Lisa Shaw , Chuck Payne and her fur babies - Elliana and Athena.
She was also blessed with an Angel in Disguise and Honorary Daughter - Mieghan Bonner R. N. her home health care nurse.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her six siblings - four sister's Nell, Louise, Leona and Billie - Her two brothers - Leo and Oscar.
