Retha was born on December 13, 1962 to Ware Stacks and Mary Stacks of Lancaster, SC. Retha had two brothers and a sister that she loved very much! Keith Stacks (brother) and Nikki Kimbrell (sister) are both living in Florida. David Stacks her brother was waiting on her in heaven. Retha loved to cook and she was very good …
