[Rank] Ret. SFC James, 60 passed away March 13, 2024 at his home in Altoona, PA.on [date]. Ret. SFC James veteran who served in Desert Storm 1990-1991. 

Ret. SFC James was born on [August 4, 1963] in [Altoona, PA] to his parents [Josephine Chamberlain Robinson Neugebauer and the late Donald B Robinson]. When he was just [7 years of age], Ret. SFC James decided he wanted to join the [Army]. He is survived by his mother, his brother, John at home. Also, survived by two children, daughter, Jamie Mountain (Ken), his son, Benjamin Robinson (Rachel), and two grandchildren, Sawyer Mountain and granddaughter, Sloane Mountain from Virginia.. Survived by three Aunts and uncles and numerous cousins. Also, survived by step-uncle, William J Neugebauer from Maryland and a cousin, Laura Roese from Maryland. Survived by his very special friend, Capi Mann and her daughters, Sierra and Carly. Preceded in death by his step-father, Edward P Neugebauer.

At the request of the deceased there will be no services. There will be a Celebration for Life at a later date.
