Background
My daddy was all alone in Dayton, Ohio where I was born. He fell I'll and was sent from Miami Valley hospital to Hospice of Dayton 3 days ago. I had plans to go see him on Monday....I could not get there sooner because I had no way... this morning I got the phone call from Hospice he had passed...please please someone help me to give me father a creamation.
