Renee gave me a job when I desperately needed one, and she became my favorite boss of all time and my dear friend.

I remember sitting down with Renee a year ago to hear some of the stories of her life. I went home humbled and took some time to reflect on myself. For some of us, our faith in God can get shaky from a bad day at work. But Renee was devoted with love to Jesus in the midst of many great trials. She was devoted to her daughters and showed great love and care to those she got to know. Her's is an example to follow and imitate in our walks with God.

Not many can say they met a hero in the faith. But because I knew Renee Navas, I can say that I have. I am grateful to have had the privilege of knowing this amazing woman.
