Background
Today the world has lost a great man. Reinaldo Villalobos was more than a friend to me, he was like a brother. His infectious laugh, huge smile and amazing sense of humor was what would draw everyone to love him. I met Reí 12 years + ago and i will never forget how loving and generous he was from day one. He was always making some witty remark or joke or pranking one of us. He took care of us and helped us when we first got to Colombia and even nursed me back to health when I was operated and my siblings found me annoying. I’ll never forget how he would make us laugh with his baby dinosaur mating call and all his funny antics. This was Reí, always helping, always fixing something, always someone who would listen and make you feel better because he was always so positive. I pray he is now resting from the long excruciating battle he had to fight against ALS... Stephanie Wuilleumier
