It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Regina Darlene Scobee (Tallent), originally of Dayton, TN, and resident of Anne Arundel County, MD for over 35 years.
She is survived by her dedicated husband of 34 years, Russell Wayne Scobee. She is the beloved mother of two children: her son, Charles Mason Guthrie III of Howard County, MD, and her daughter, Tyler Lynn Martinez of Wayne, MI. She is also survived by …
