Regina Anne Brice, age 79, devoted wife to husband Eugene Nicholas Brice, loving mother of three, passed away in the early hours of January 19 due to natural causes. Regina was surrounded by her loved ones at Flagstaff Medical Center during her final hours before the Lord called her to be with Him. Regina was born to her parents Helen and Armand Anctil on September 8, 1943 in Burbank, California. She was raised in a large family with seven siblings, Armand, Helen, Dennis, Mary, James, Theresa, and Michael, who she loved dearly. Regina married her high school sweetheart, Eugene, on May 18, 1963. She went on to have three children, Darryl, Deborah, and Terry. Her children knew her to be a protective mother who saw them through all of life’s joys and hardships. She was a devoted Catholic, attending Our Lady of Lourdes for most of her adult life. Over the years, Regina worked as a waitress at Bob’s Big Boy, a teller at Security Pacific Bank, and a claims representative for Travelers Insurance. Regina was first diagnosed with breast cancer in the 1990’s, and battled it for the rest of her life. Along with her husband, Regina moved from home to home in southern California until she retired in Bullhead City, AZ, and then finally, Parks, AZ. Regina was a grandmother of four, Justin, Alyson, Nicholas, and Natalie. She was so proud of all of their accomplishments and would brag about them to anyone who would listen. Regina recently became a great grandmother to two girls, born to Justin and Jaime Garber, Aurora and Autumn. Her grandchildren have fond memories of her cooking for them and spoiling them any chance she got. Grandma’s spirit will live on forever through her recipes. In her retirement, Regina loved to garden and spend time outside on her deck in the warmer months. She made close friends of her neighbors in Parks and loved to host dinners for them. Regina will forever be remembered as a fighter who loved with all of her heart. We will all miss Regina greatly, but we find comfort in knowing that she is with our Lord in heaven.
