Rebecca's obituary
I know I need to work with it but here’s my start
Rebecca Fitting, born on May 31, 1964, in Boise, Idaho, passed away surrounded by love. She was the daughter of Johnny Wayne and Ruth Ann Fitting, both of whom preceded her in death. Rebecca was also preceded in death by her sister Johneel and brother-in-law Phil Robblee, brother-in-law Rob Hudson (husband of Tessa Fitting Hudson), brother Steve John Fitting, and her beloved dog Sebastian Cabot, and cat Petey.
Rebecca was a cherished member of the L’Arche community, where her warm heart and joyful spirit touched many lives. She found joy in her work at Trader Joe’s, where her love for bananas and vanilla Frappuccinos was well-known to those around her.
Family was everything to Rebecca. She is survived by her loving sister Tessa, her younger sister Jennifer, and her treasured nieces Nichole Hudson, Robyn Robblee, and Izabelle Quadracci Gunst. She also leaves behind her dear nephews Shayne Hudson, AJ Hudson, Jonny Quadracci, and Jesse Robblee.
Rebecca lived a life full of adventure, laughter, and creativity. She enjoyed traveling to the casino, Disneyland, New York, and Wisconsin, always ready for the next great adventure. Her educational journey led her to Gordon Hawk School in Kirkland and later to Lake Washington Tech.
Art and creativity were at the heart of Rebecca’s soul. She had a passion for arts and crafts, excelling in latch hook and creating beautiful Christmas ornaments. Her colorful purses matched her vibrant personality, with one for every outfit. Rebecca’s love for music was undeniable—she danced with boundless energy to all genres, from ABBA and Michael Jackson to Dolly Parton, Johnny Cash, and Cyndi Lauper.
