Raymond Stone Williams, 57, of Sunset Beach, NC , passed away on October 24th, 2022 after a heart attack.
Raymond was born on Feburary 8th, 1965 to Sheri Williams and Bob Williams in Forest Hill, MD. . After Raymond graduated from Perry Hall High School in 1987, he went on to study commuications at John Hopkins University.
