Ray often visited my Dad (his brother Edwin) while on his way home from delivering his ice cream. He'd always leave me a box of the drumsticks with the extra chocolate in the bottom of the cone. And we'd send home with him serveral General Mills cakes. My Dad worked for General Hills and was in charge of making the cake mixes... I remember when he met his future wife and he couldn't stop talking about her and her lovely daughters. Later the two of them had a girl and a boy of their own. All the Remmick's used to gather at our place in Lodi for the various holidays.... As time past, the families became larger and we did not see everyone as much. I drifted out of the picture after I married and had two sons who were busy in sports.... They did not get to know their great uncle Raymond... They would have liked him as I did. So sorry for your lost. Love. Your cousin, Judy & family.
