Raymond's obituary
It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Mr. Raymond Hugyez, born on July 21, 1943, who left us on January 31, 2026. Raymond, a man of immense love, kindness, and strength, was a dynamic personality who will be profoundly missed by everyone who had the opportunity to know him.
Raymond is survived by his son, Mark Hugyez, and his daughter-in-law, Cynthia. He was lovingly welcomed into the afterlife by his beloved wife, Loise, his son, Matthew, his parents, Robert Roth and Melba Roth, his father, Matthias Hugyez, and his brother, Robert.
Raymond was a man who cherished simple pleasures. His love for games, especially crosswords, brought joy to those around him. He was an ardent fan of the St. Louis Cardinals, Arizona Cardinals, and Arizona Rattlers, and he loved watching baseball. His dedication to the teams and the sport was infectious.
Known for always being there for his loved ones, Raymond's personality could best be described as a living father and grandpa. His willingness to support and help those he cared about was unparalleled.
Raymond achieved many accomplishments throughout his life, but he took the most pride in his career as a driver for Brinks Armored, from which he retired after a dedicated service of over 15 years, and his role as a proud grandparent of Charlee Grace Hugyez. His devotion and love for his family was a testament to the wonderful person that he was.
This is a difficult time for us as we mourn the loss of Raymond Hugyez. His memories will remain in our hearts forever. His impact on the lives of everyone he met will continue to inspire and motivate us in our journey through life.
