Ray's obituary

Hey! It’s me Raymond Homler. If you’re reading this, it means I’ve already passed. What a bummer right?! I didn’t want my family to have to write this about me all alone, So, I left them with plenty of memories and stories to help them write it for me. First things first -- the facts.

My name is Raymond Eldon Homler. I was born on September 25, 1962 to Mary-Ann and Whitey in Fremont, Ohio. I was raised right there and graduated from Fremont Ross. Moved to Florida later in life and settled with my wife Becky and our dogs in Cocoa, Florida. Some of my passions in life included; Motorcycles, hanging with the grandchildren, spending time and talking to family and friends, gardening with my wife, playing with the pups, boogie boarding, fishing, painting, drawing, and listening to an eclectic array of music.

As you know, family and friends meant everything. Always know how much I loved each of you and how proud I always was.

My small, but beautiful family includes, My wife, Becky Homler; Step(bonus)children, Nicole(Frank)Casey, Cori(Adrian)Sauvey, Joshua(Kayla)Wildenthaler, Laci(Jonathon)Balcerzak; Siblings, Becky(James)Keaton, Kathy(Warren)Stout; Lisa(Frank)Distel, Jim(Brandy)Homler; Grandchildren, Julien, Jayden, August, Makiya, Frankie, Evangeline; Many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and all the friends over the years that have become family. I will miss all of you terribly and cannot thank you enough for the wonderful life you have provided me. If I’ve learned anything in this life, it’s always stop, smell the roses, and enjoy the cold one! So do me a favor, enjoy a cold one for me.

No services will be held (at my request!), but I think the kids will be planning some type of party for me. We hope to see all friends and family. Please attend this party with joy in your heart and only remember the good times.
