Raymond Zachary Hayden, Age 64, of Cincinnati, OH, passed away peacefully on November 22, 2025. He was born on July 15th, 1961 in Cincinnati, OH, son of Ronald Hayden Sr. and Mavis Zoller.

A proud veteran, Raymond enlisted in the Army in 1979 and served with honor until 1983 with an honorable discharge. During his service, he attained a Letter of Commendation for his gunnery phase qualifying score on Tank Table VIII thereby giving his crew an overall distinguished rating.

Beyond his military service, Raymond was known for his love of fishing, his dogs Mister T and Shelby. He is preceded in death by his father Ronald, mother Mavis, brothers Jeffery, Russell, and Daniel. His surviving family members are son Jeffery, sisters Melissa Hayden and Jenny Hickman and brother Ron Hayden.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, December 15th at 11:00am at Dayton National Cemetery and Military Honors will be provided. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Raymond Zachary Hayden honor to Feeding America.
