June 8th, 1942 – June 25th, 2021
Raymond Harmon passed away in his home in Bartlett, Tennessee on Friday, June 25th, 2021, at 79 years of age.
Raymond served as a Navy Corpsman in two tours in Vietnam and later served as a recruiter.
Raymond was a loving Christian husband, father, and grandfather. He loved and supported his family until the end.
A lifelong storyteller, he loved to share countless yarns and tall tales with his family. Watching his grandchildren grow up was his proudest and dearest achievement.
Raymond is survived by his wife, Cecilia Ann Harmon, of 60 years of marriage who resides in Bartlett, Tennessee. Raymond is survived by four children, Raymond Lee Harmon Jr. of Bartlett, Tennessee, Angela Jean Medrano (Cesar) of Bartlett, Tennessee, Rebecca Ann Pickens (Joey and his sons, Adam, and Jesse) of Oakland, Tennessee, Teresa Lynn Cochran (Bryan) of Arlington, Tennessee. Raymond is survived by eight grandchildren, Raymond Lee Harmon III, Stephanie Christine Sharpnack, Ashley Erin Lucius, David Danny Arocho, Cody Mitchell Cochran, Miranda Nicole Arocho, Leighann Marie Delappe, and Tristen Dane Medrano. Raymond is survived by several great grandchildren.
Per Raymond’s request, his memorial will be held privately amongst his wife, children, and grandchildren.
