Raymond's obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Raymond Arthur Dillon III,  on April 9, 2024. Raymond was born on September 21, 1979, in Providence, Rhode Island. Raymond's life was a testament to hard work, persistence, and a genuine zest for life.

Raymond was a proud alumnus of the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2009 and his Master of Science in Nursing in 2011. His greatest accomplishment was his work as a Nurse Practitioner, a role in which he positively impacted countless lives with his professionalism and empathy.

Outside of his professional life, Raymond possessed an invigorating personality that was often described as funny, charming, energetic, and charismatic. He was a man who loved life's simple pleasures and found solace on his boat and watching breathtaking sunsets. Moreover, Raymond was an avid traveler with a particular fondness for Newport and Block Island.

Raymond, otherwise known as "Daddio", is survived by his loving daughter, Raeann Elizabeth Dillon. He also leaves behind his half-brother, Benjamin Morgan-Dillon,  his uncle, Allan Dillon, and his aunt, Dorothy Dillon-Adams. He was predeceased by his father, Raymond Dillon Jr.

Raymond's life was a tapestry of accomplishments, boundless love from others, and joyous moments. His memories will remain a source of comfort to all his loved ones. May his soul rest in peace.
