It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Raul Guzman Jr., a cherished son, brother, and father. Born on January 21, 1974, Raul’s journey on this earth came to an end on December 1, 2024. His kindness, devotion, and sincerity left a deep imprint on all the lives he touched, and he will be sorely missed.

Raul’s memory will be treasured by his loving family; his sons Andrew and Ryan Guzman, his parents Dolores Guzman and Raul Guzman Sr. (Amelia), and his sisters Delia Guzman (Tara) and Leah Reyes (Ralph).

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Andres and Angelina Guzman, and Antonio and Isabel Beltran, whose love and wisdom shaped Raul into the man he became.

A lifelong enthusiast of the Los Angeles Angels and the Denver Broncos, Raul was a man who found joy in the small things in life. He loved spending time with his family and watching sports. He was a beacon of kindness and sincerity in a world often lacking such virtues.

Raul was an accomplished individual, and his greatest joy was the birth of his sons. He was the proud holder of a Master's Degree and cherished the memory of striking out Adam Kennedy during his college years—a testament to his fiery spirit on and off the field.

His legacy, a testament of kindness and generosity, will be remembered and celebrated in our hearts forever. Raul lived his life with fullness and enthusiasm, and his absence will be felt deeply.

Family, friends, and others whose lives Raul touched are invited to a Funeral service at Holy Family Catholic Church on December 23, 2024, at 10:00 AM to pay their respects. This will be followed by a Burial at Holy Sepulcher Cemetery at 11:45 AM and a Reception at the American Legion Post 132 from 1:00 PM.

May his soul rest in eternal peace as we remember the joy and love Raul brought into our lives. We will forever celebrate his life, his love, and his legacy.
