Sacramento - Raul Armando De la Fuente, 81, of Sacramento, passed away on September 24, 2023. He was born on September 6, 1942.

Raul was a loving and generous individual who will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

Raul served in the National Guard from 1962 to

1966. He was a dedicated warehouse manager, having worked at John Sexton, SE Rykoff, US Foods, and the City of Daly City's water treatment facility.

Raul's hard work and dedication were evident in his career.

In his free time. Raul was a member of the San Francisco Old Timers Baseball Club and a devoted fan of the San Francisco Giants.

He held a lifetime season ticket for the San Francisco 49ers and enjoved coaching youth baseball leagues. Raul took great pleasure in watching his sons, grandsons, and granddaughter Mia participate in baseball and dance. He also cherished family holidays and gath-erings, trips to Reno and Tahoe, and going out to dinner with loved ones.

Raul is survived by his beloved wife, Josephine de la Fuente, his son Anthony de la Fuente, daughter-in-grandsons Ryan and Vin-cenzo. He is also survived by his son Christopher de la Fuente, daughter-in-law Soledad de la Fuente, and granddaughter Mia de la Fuente. Additionally, Raul is survived by his sister

Christine Burns and brother-in-law Patrick Evenger.

Raul was preceded in death by his parents, Antonio de la Fuente and Irene Roces.

Services for Raul will be planned for the future, and details will be announced at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that contributions be made to a charitable organization of your choice in Raul's memory.
