Rashelle's obituary
Rashelle Rouzer, born June 29, 1981 in Hayward, CA, sadly passed away on July 31, 2025. A woman with a heart full of love, kindness, and generosity. Her heart was full of love for her two daughters, Cheyenne and Shelby, all those she called family, friends and her animals. Her bright spirit and compassionate nature will forever be treasured by those who were lucky enough to have known her.
As we remember Rashelle, we celebrate her life, her love for those around her, and the mark she leaves in our hearts. May her soul rest in eternal peace.
