Ranjan's obituary
Our mother Ranjan Patel sadly passed away on June 1, 2022 in her home at Global Pointe, at the age of 75. She was predeceased by Vinu Patel whom she was married to for 54 years and is survived by her children Reena and Shilpa; son-in-law’s Paul and Mark; and grandchildren Anika and Aman. She was the oldest of 4 children born March 10th, 1947 to Ishewerbhai and Vimalaben Patel.
Ranjan was a unique beauty who exuded quiet elegance. She was a master organizer and an amazing cook. Ranjan had talent for all things creative, from crocheting, painting, drawing, and creating new recipes. She loved to read and enjoyed learning about new places in the world. Ranjan spent a lot of her life devoted to volunteering her time for those in need, which filled her with great joy. This core belief of giving back was threaded deep within her. Ranjan valued her privacy. She cherished moments in quiet nature, gardening, listening to the birds, and Indian Classical music. She had many friends and was a well-loved member of the community in Global Pointe and will be missed.
