Background
In lieu of flowers and other support, the family has created this memorial fund to help carry on Randy's legacy by supporting future students with scholarships, travel opportunities, and other educational resources.

For 45 years, Randy devoted himself to exploring the world, capturing its beauty through his camera lens, and sharing his adventures with others. He was a gifted storyteller who brought the wonders of the world to life for everyone he met, but he especially loved sharing those experiences with children. Through his lectures and vivid photographs, he inspired countless young minds to dream big, embrace curiosity, and see the beauty in the world around them.
He transported children to faraway lands, and taught them that the world is both vast and yet surprisingly connected. He showed them the value of exploration, diversity, and wonder, igniting sparks of curiosity that will continue to burn for generations.
Randy’s legacy lives on in the countless lives he touched, and we couldn’t be prouder to call him our father. He taught us to see the beauty in everything, to approach life with curiosity and kindness, and to always dream big. While we miss him more than words can express, we are comforted knowing his spirit will continue to inspire others to live boldly, love deeply, and see the world as he did—with endless wonder.
