Celebrating the life of Randy Keffeler: Private viewing for close family and friends will be held Friday at Lifeway Church in Rapid City, SD from 5-7 pm located at 602 St Andrew St. The funeral will be held Saturday at Meade County Community Center located at 19617 Ball Field Rd, Union Center, SD 57787 at 2 pm with dinner following. The burial will follow after dinner at Red Owl cemetery.
