On July 7, 2019 Randy J. Ingalls of Mesa Arizona passed away at the age of 58. He was born November 3, 1960 in Norfolk Virginia, the son of Larry and Linda (Lovegrove) Ingalls. He graduated from Saint Johns High school and later obtained his bachelors degree. He was an entrepreneur and ran an IT business along with other small ventures for many years.
