Bill Means

I am from Randy's hometown of Concord, NC (Charlotte Metro) and was able to attend middle through high school with Randy. Randy was one of the nicest people I had ever met, and I am not stretching that fact. He treated everyone with respect and maintained a cool and calm demeanor at all times. Although, I had not seen him since high school, his memory will always be with me.
